Machine body adopts with reinforced square steel tube welded( 5 side CNC processing center milling).

◆ CNC cneter  whole machine use independent gantry  design, gantry could do batch benzene board material cutting. All install surface had been milled precisely.

◆ Adopts Chinese/English control interface,CAXA/AUTOCAD file direct import to cut no need to scan or edit.Cutting process could simulate before acutal cutting, easy to learn and operate.

◆ Power transmission choose Taiwan ball screw and linear square orbits,accurate transmission,low clearance low noise. Rather than chain or belt or ordinary thin thread screw.

◆ Whole machine use large CNC machine tools structure,machine body has been milling by 5 side CNC processing center,ensure machine vertical and horizontal level.

◆ Machine table choose 20mm high density polyboard,secondary milling, keeps its evenness. Table has been marked with define line, center line.

◆ Control cable choose high flexible shielded, high wear resistance,flame retardant,super flexible bending resistance.

◆ Control system use brand new industrial PC.
